The fields on this screen are grouped into a number of sections, and have the following properties:

Info section
Field Properties
Created Date and time the player account was created.
Registered Date and time the player account was registered, which is usually the same as it was created, since an account is typically automatically created as a result of a player registering online.
Affiliate Affiliate the player is associated with, derived from his/her marketing code. Click the affiliate entry to display the View Affiliate Details screen for the associated affiliate. Click the adjacent Create Personal Affiliate button to create a new affiliate with a name based on that of the account, and link the account to it for the purpose of MLM (Multi Level Marketing) payments associated with Multi Level type revenue schemes.
Brand Brand the player is associated with, also derived from his/her marketing code.
Marketing Code Marketing code the player is associated with, which also determines both the affiliate and brand (which are reflected in the code value). The MC is determined by the mechanism that directed the player to the gaming website, for example an SEO or advertisement. See Marketing codes, affiliates and brands for more information.
Revenue Scheme Revenue scheme the player belongs to. Click the List Line Items link to display the player's revenue transactions in the List Account Revenue Scheme Line Items screen. See Revenue schemes and runs for more information.
Registered Flag If ticked, indicates that the player has been registered, and is normally updated as part of the automated registration process.
Validated Flag If ticked, indicates that an admin user has determined that the player has passed the KYC (Know Your Customer) test. Click the KYC link to display the View Account KYC screen and perform a KYC search or provide details of a manually obtained reference. Click the Verification Image link to display the Verification Document screen and upload documents or take a photo of the player. Note: generally, a player must have passed the KYC test in order to receive any payout, and also to make a payment of greater than a defined amount (currently £2500, but this exceeds the default maximum payment amount, in any case). The Help Desk is notified when a player requests a payout, and whether a KYC test is required. The player only needs to pass the test once.
Accepted Ts And Cs If ticked, indicates that the player has accepted the website terms and conditions, and is normally updated as part of the automated registration process.
Exclude From Revenue Runs If ticked, indicates that the player is not included in revenue runs, and might be used, for example, if the player has been set up for testing purposes only.
Encryption Key Generated by the system, the player's key is unique across the system, and is used to encrypt data stored on access cards.
