Use this screen to list diarised events scheduled for a player account by system workflows. To access the screen, click the Diary link in the account details grid
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
To cancel all diary events, click the Cancel All link above the column headers.
