Use this screen to send an email to a player's email address. To access the screen, click the (Contact this Account) By eMail link at the top of the account details grid
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Note that for users other than those assigned the highest level of authorisation, the email address is partially obscured by asterisks to ensure that it cannot be scraped for unauthorised use.
Select an Email Template from the drop-down list, enter the email content and specify a date/time to send, then click the Send button to send the email at the specified time.
