Use this screen to list all messages sent to or received from a player account, and any pending personal or broadcast messages. To access the screen, click the Messages link in the account details grid
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
To mark received messages and pending personal messages as deleted, meaning that they remain recorded and visible to admin users but not to the player, the tick the appropriate Deleted checkbox(es) then click the Mark Deleted button at the bottom of the screen. Messages that are marked in this way are highlighted in red.
