Use this screen to list (meta) data stored about a player account (aka Facts), not currently defined elsewhere in the database. For example, the citizenship of a player is not recorded under a player's contact or info details, but if required can be stored here as Name = 'Citizenship', Value = (say) 'BG'. To access the screen, click the Extra Info link in the account details grid
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
To delete an item, tick its checkbox in the Selected column then click the Delete button.
