Use this screen to show a player's unfulfilled wagering requirement against all bonuses and payments. To access the screen, click the Unfulfilled WR link in the account details grid
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
If you have sufficient authorisation you can clear items, which you might want to do if, for instance, to fix an anomaly. Tick the checkbox(es) in the Clear column, then click the Clear Selected button. Note that payments are subject to a minimal wagering requirement to prohibit withdrawal of un-played deposits - see Wagering requirements for more information about this subject.
