View Account Payments

Use this screen to manage a player account's funding and payments, and to list all his/her credit and debit transactions, status and reference data. To access the screen, click the Payments link in the account details grid - see below. It can also be accessed as a pop-up from numerous points in the system.

The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.

To add a payment method for the player, if you have sufficient authorisation, select one from the drop-down list then click the Add button.

To add funds or make a payment to the player's account, click a payment method in the Type column to display the Account Payment Method Details screen.
