View Account Payment Method Details

Use this screen to add funds or make a payment to the player's account using a particular payment method. To access the screen, click the payment method in the Type column of the View Account Payments screen.

The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.

This screen is made up of a number of sections. These, and the fields they contain, depend upon the payment method selected. A number of fields in the Details section are defined by the Field Name values on the View Payment Method Details screen, and for example may include:

Details section
Field Properties
Account Number Bank account number of the player.
Sort Code Bank account sort code of the player.
Bank Name Bank name of the player.
Email The player's email address.
CC Number The player's credit card number.
Expiry Date (MMYY) Expiry date of the credit/debit card.

The following fields appear in the Details section for all payment methods and have these properties:

Field Properties
Allowed If ticked, indicates that this payment method can be used.
Admin Blocked If ticked, indicates that this payment method has been blocked by an administrator and cannot be used.
Test Account If ticked, indicates that the payment method is for testing only, and no transfers actually take place.

Change the details of the player's payment method, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to abandon the update and return to the previous screen.

A number of prompt sections may also be displayed as defined by the Prompt Name values on the View Payment Method Details screen, and for example may include:

Fund Account using this Payment Method section
Field Properties
Amount Amount to fund.
3-digit CV2 code CV2 security code on back of card.

Enter the amount and CV2 security code, then click the Fund button to transfer money from the payment method into the player account.

Cashin Account using this Payment Method section
Field Properties
Amount Amount to cash in.

Enter the amount, then click the Cashin button to transfer money from the player account into the payment method.

Chargeback Payment Method section
Field Properties
Description Reason for the chargeback.
Amount Amount to chargeback.

A chargeback is a credit card refund. Note that chargebacks are not normally agreed by credit card companies if the original payment was 3D secured. Enter the description and amount, then click the Chargeback button to transfer money from the player account into the payment method.
