Use this screen to list details of bonuses that have been awarded to a player's account. To access the screen, click the Bonuses link in the account details grid
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Each row shows summary values of a bonus.
You can apply actions to bonuses from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |

| Add manual bonus | Click the Add Admin Bonus link above the column headers to display the Add Account Incentive screen. |
| Test bonus | Click the Test Bonus on Account link to display the Test Bonus On Account screen. |
| Change bonus status | The Status column displays a status value of the bonus in terms of its wagering requirement, and depending upon that value, may also display a button to change the status. See the table below for status values and possible actions. |
| List bonus uses | Click an entry in the Bonus Balance column to display the List Account Incentive Uses screen. |
| List WR contributions | Click an entry in the Unfulfilled W/R column to display the List Wagering Requirement Contributions screen. |
Bonus status values and possible actions:
| Status | Notes / Action Button |
|---|---|
| Unfulfilled | The wagering requirement of the bonus remains unfulfilled. Click the Cancel button to cancel the remaining bonus. |
| Spent Out | The bonus was used up before reaching the wagering requirement. Click the Reinstate button to reinstate the bonus. |
| Canceled on Cashout | The bonus was cancelled when the player cashed out. Click the Reinstate button to reinstate the outstanding bonus. |
| Exhausted | The bonus was used up before reaching the wagering requirement. |
| Expired | The bonus expiration date passed before the bonus was fulfilled. |
| Fulfilled | The wagering requirement of the bonus was fulfilled. |
