Use this screen to list occurrences a player has used a bonus resulting in its current balance. To access the screen, click an entry in the Bonus Balance column of the View Account Incentives screen.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Each row shows the date, game, bonus amount bet and bonus amount won for a Game Action that used the bonus scheme. Click an entry in the Action Date column to display the View Game Action Details screen.
