Use this screen to view the detailed inbound and outbound game communications of a game action. To access the screen, click an entry in the Action Date column of the List Game Actions screen. Note: this screen is also used to view game action details for kiosks.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.

| Action Cost | Amount wagered by the player. |
| Amount Won | Amount won by the player. |
| Inbound Datastream | Raw data received for this game action, stored for analysis. |
| Inbound Event Description | Description of the game action inbound event. |
| Inbound Event | Name of the game action inbound event. |
| Outbound Datastream | Raw data sent for this game action, stored for analysis. |
| Outbound Event Description | Description of the game action outbound event. |
| Outbound Event | Name of the game action outbound event. |
