Use this screen to award an admin bonus to a player's account, for example as a goodwill gesture. To access the screen, click the Add Admin Bonus link above the column headers of the View Account Incentives screen.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Select an admin bonus scheme from the drop-down list and enter a bonus amount, then click the Add Bonus button to add it to the player's account.
