Use this screen to display or retrieve KYC (Know Your Customer) information about the selected player. To access the screen, click the KYC link next to the Validated Flag checkbox on the View Account Details screen.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Shows identification information about the player retrieved from the given personal data provider. Click the Perform ProvID_KYC Search button to retrieve the information again (note: there is generally a charge for each request), or enter a manually obtained reference in the field provided and click the Update ProveID_KYC Reference button to store it.
