Use this screen to view, upload or capture an image of the selected player, or relevant documents, for verification purposes. To access the screen, click the Verification Image link next to the Validated Flag checkbox on the View Account Details screen.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Click the Choose File button and select an image file, or click the Capture link to enable the webcam and click Stop to preview the image. Click the Upload button to store the selected image/file, or click the browser Back button to abandon the update and return to the previous screen. All images are displayed below. To delete an image, tick the Selected checkbox beside it on the right then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen.
