List Account Transactions

Use this screen to list all transactions for a selected player over a given period. To access the screen, click the Detailed accounts link below the Current Balance field title on the View Account Details screen. Note: this screen is also used to list kiosk transactions.

The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.

Each row shows summary values of a transaction. If required, limit the number of rows displayed by setting the filter options above the column headers.

You can apply actions to transactions from this screen, as follows:

Action Notes
Add transaction Click the Add button above the filter options to display the Add Account Transaction Entry pop-up screen.
Reset balances Each transaction record stores an account balance value, calculated by incrementing the balance on the previous transaction when the record is inserted, as a sanity check. If a transaction value is altered on any record, then all records for the account need to be recalculated. Click the Reset Balances button above the filter options to perform this function.
View game action details Click an entry in the Action Reference column, other than 'N/A', to display associated data in the View Game Action Details screen.
