Use this screen, if you have sufficient authorisation, to adjust the game statistics for a player, for example where actions taken by the financial defense module need to be resolved. To access the screen, click the Adjust Game Stats link above the column headers of the View Account Games screen. Note: this screen is also used to adjust kiosk stats.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated player. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Messages, Games, Affiliate Revenue, Extra Info, Teams, Payments, SMSs, Unfulfilled WR, Help Desk Threads, Audit Trail, Sponsors, Bonuses, Emails, Misc Attributes, Page Views, Achievements, Tournaments, Referrals, Notes, Purchases, Rewards, Participation, Statistics, Diary, Reports, Vouchers, Avatar/Access Card, Segmentation, Actions, Device, Cashier. You can also click on the links above the grid to contact the player By Message, By SMS or By Email.
Enter details of the adjustment then click the Add button to store them, or click the browser Back button to abandon the entry and return to the previous screen. Tick the Stats Only checkbox if you want the adjustment to be included in statistics but not as a transaction in the ledger.
Enter a positive figure to increase winnings (overall this will decrease the 'Amount Lost') or a negative number to increase stakes (this will increase the 'Amount Lost'). Generally, if you are trying to 'level' a game (that is, return it to a 100% payout so the player neither wins nor loses) you should enter the 'Total Lost' figure for the game multiplied by -1.
