Managing scheduled reports

Most reports are configured to Allow Scheduling (see the View Query Builder Details, View Report Details, View Hard Report Details and View Chart Details screens). Any user can list and add the reports scheduled for them, and admin users of the system with sufficient authorisation can do the same for other users. Reports can be scheduled to run at a specified time on any day of week or month, or every day. Report parameters and what action to take on completion, such as emailing the results to recipients, can also be specified.

This topic is aimed at admin staff of platform owners and White Label operators who need to manage scheduled reports.

Follow these steps to list and add your scheduled reports:

  1. Select Main Menu > List Scheduled Reports from the system options to display the List Scheduled Reports screen configured for you, and click the Add button to display the Schedule A Report pop-up screen.
  2. Enter a name for this scheduled report, select a report from the drop-down list, specify a date and time to run the report, then click the Add button to save them and close the pop-up.
  3. Add further details for the entry just created on the List Scheduled Reports screen then click the Update button to store them.

Follow these steps to list and add a user's scheduled reports:

  1. Select Access Control > User Management > Manage Users from the system options to display the List Users screen.
  2. Find and click the required user entry in the User Id column to display the Manage User screen.
  3. Click the View Scheduled Reports link in the Activity section to display the List Scheduled Reports screen configured for the user, and click the Add button to display the Schedule A Report pop-up screen.
  4. Enter a name for this scheduled report, select a report from the drop-down list, specify a date and time to run the report, then click the Add button to save them and close the pop-up.
  5. Add further details for the entry just created on the List Scheduled Reports screen then click the Update button to store them.

Follow these steps to list all scheduled reports:

  1. Select Reporting > List All Scheduled Reports from the system options to display the List All Scheduled Reports screen.
