List Users

Use this screen to maintain details of system users. To access the screen, select Access Control > User Management > Manage Users from the system options.

Each row shows summary values of a system user. If required, limit the number of rows displayed by setting the filter options above the column headers.

You can apply actions to system users from this screen, as follows:

Action Notes
Add new user Click the Add button above the filter options to display the Add Additional Users pop-up screen.
View or update user details Click an entry in the User Id column to display the Manage User screen for the associated user.
View or update user managed affiliates

Click the Manage link in the Manager Of Sub Affiliates column to display the List User Managed Affiliates screen for the associated user.

View or update user group membership Click the Manage link in the Member of Group(s) column to display the List User Groups screen for the associated user.
Delete user(s) Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the user(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion.
