List Scheduled Reports

Use this screen to manage scheduled reports. To access the screen for your own reports, select Main Menu > List Scheduled Reports from the system options, or the screen can also be accessed for a specific user from the Manage User screen and the List All Scheduled Reports screen.

Each composite row gives details, including settings, about a scheduled report. You can specify the output action for a scheduled report, for example Email or FTP, using the Action drop-down list, and specify Action Parameters and a custom filename.

The Action Params field should store an email address for the 'Email' action, or a URL for all other actions. You can also customise the output filename and incorporate a date as specified onscreen using the Custom Filename field.

You can apply actions to scheduled reports from this screen, as follows:

Action Notes
Add scheduled report Click the Add button to display the Schedule A Report pop-up screen.
Update scheduled report settings Change the settings of one or more scheduled reports then click the Update button to store them.
Delete scheduled report(s) Tick the checkbox in the Selected column of the report(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion.
Run scheduled report(s) Tick the checkbox in the Selected column of the report(s) to run, then click the Run Checked button at the bottom of the screen.
