Managing system level bonus schemes

Bonus schemes are one of many customer incentive options, which also include loyalty schemes and achievements. Bonus schemes can be defined across the whole system (but also limited to a list of brands, if required) as described here, or for a particular brand. Care is required with bonus definitions to ensure that players are not unintentionally awarded a double bonus. Read the Marketing overview for more information.

This topic is aimed at admin staff of platform owners and White Label operators who need to set up and maintain brand details.

Follow these steps to list system level bonus schemes:

1. Select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Bonus Schemes from the system options to display the List Bonus Schemes screen.

Follow these steps to add a system level bonus scheme:

1. Select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Bonus Schemes from the system options to display the List Bonus Schemes screen, and click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Bonus Scheme pop-up screen.
2. Select the Bonus Scheme type and currency, and enter a name and description, then click the Add button to save them and close the pop-up.
3. Find and click the entry just created in the Name column to display the View Bonus Scheme Details screen, and enter the remaining details. Click the Update button to save the changes and return to the previous screen.

Follow these steps to view or update the details of a system level bonus scheme:

1. Select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Bonus Schemes from the system options to display the List Bonus Schemes screen.
2. Find and click the required bonus scheme entry in the Name column to display the View Bonus Scheme Details screen.
3. Change the details of the scheme, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.

Follow these steps to delete a system level bonus scheme:

1. Select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Bonus Schemes from the system options to display the List Bonus Schemes screen.
2. Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the scheme(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen.
