Use this screen to list and access Help Desk queues belonging to affiliates. To access the screen, select Help Desk Menu > List Affiliate Help Desk Queues from the system options.
Note that an affiliate has a Help Desk queue if one or more of its brands has the Affiliate Manages Helpdesk checkbox ticked on the View Brand Details screen.
Each row shows an affiliate name and the number of outstanding Help Desk entries in its queue. Click an entry in the Affiliate column to display the List Affiliate Outstanding Entries screen for the associated affiliate.
