Managing games

The platform hosts all popular types of gambling games, such as Bingo, Slot machines, Dealer card games, Poker and Roulette. These are mostly developed and supplied by Game Engine Providers, and are loaded onto the Player's gaming device from game lists on the online gaming site. Read the Games overview for more information.

This topic is aimed at admin staff of platform owners and White Label operators who need to maintain games on the platform.

Before starting these procedures, you may need to determine the following details:

• Game operational information, such as financial settings relating to wagering requirements, overrides governing loyalty schemes, limits and payment shutdown, and jackpot support.

Follow these steps to list games:

1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Games from the system options to display the List Games screen.

Follow these steps to view or update the details of a game:

1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Games from the system options to display the List Games screen.
2. Find and click the required game entry in the Game Key column to display the View Game Details screen.
3. Change the details of the game, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.

Export games data, for example if you want to perform a mass update to the data, using these steps: export the data, edit the data in the spreadsheet, import the data.

Follow these steps to export games data:

1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Games from the system options to display the List Games screen.
2. Click the Export button above the column headers to create an Excel spreadsheet of all the games' data in your Downloads directory.

Importing games details updates existing games (identified by the combination of game keys and provider) with the imported details. Games that are unknown to the system are ignored.

Follow these steps to import games details:

1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Games from the system options to display the List Games screen.
2. First click the Choose File button and specify an Excel file, then click the Import button.

Follow these steps to delete a game:

1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Games from the system options to display the List Games screen.
2. Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the game(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen.
