Use this screen to view or update game details. To access the screen, click an entry in the Game Key column of the List Games screen.
If the Use Payout Table checkbox in the Internal Game Parameters section (see below) is ticked, a link to load the game's payout table is displayed at the top of the screen. Click the link to display the Load Payout Table screen. Note that payout tables are shown for AQP provided games only.
The fields on this screen are grouped into a number of sections, and have the following properties:

| Game Key | Meaningful identifier, unique to the provider. Used in combination with the provider ID to identify credit and debit transactions associated with the game. |
| Alternate Key | Meaningful identifier, unique to the provider and often the same value as the Game Key. Used in combination with the provider ID to launch the game. |
| Game Name | Meaningful name for the game. This can be typed in or a suitable internationalised string code selected by clicking the ellipsis button to the right. See Internationalised strings for more information. |
| Description | Description of the game. This can be typed in or a suitable internationalised string code selected by clicking the ellipsis button to the right. See Internationalised strings for more information. |
| Game Rules | Brief guide for the player about the rules of the game. Rarely used now as the game rules are usually incorporated within a game's interface. This can be typed in or a suitable internationalised string code selected by clicking the ellipsis button to the right. See Internationalised strings for more information. |
| Icon Image | Displays the game's icon image stored at the specified path. This image is normally applied to the game's launch button. |
| Picture Image | Displays the game's picture image stored at the specified path. This image is normally used as the background for the game. |
| Video Path | Specifies the path to the game's video, if it has one. Videos are normally displayed on the top screen of a multi-screen kiosk, and typically include advertising content. The field is a URL to a website or brand file. |
| Game Category | Category of game, selected from a list maintained using the List Game Categories screen. For example 'Slots', 'Poker'. |
| Game Type | Type of game, selected from a list, for example: 'Online Fixed Odds', 'Mobile Rake'. The Game Type determines the way in which the game is launched and processed, amongst other things. |
| Allow Fun Play? | If ticked, indicates that the game can be played in demo mode. |
| Live Flag | If ticked, indicates that the game is available to play. If not ticked, the game is not listed and transactions cannot be recorded against it. |

| Policy Class | Path to the Java class package which defines how the game communicates with the game server. Applies to AQP provided games only. |
| Viewer Class | Path to the Java class package which defines how win lines are displayed. Applies to AQP provided games only. |
| Payout Class | Path to the Java class package which defines how payouts are handled. Applies to AQP provided games only. |
| Use Payout Table | If ticked, indicates that a payout table is used to define the payments for slots. That is: a table which lists the payout for every combination of reel position. If ticked, a link to load the game's payout table is displayed at the top of the screen, above the column headers of the Game Details section. Click the link to display the Load Payout Table screen. Note that payout tables are shown for AQP provided games only. |

| Include In Bonus Wagering Requirement | If ticked, indicates that bonus money spent on this game is included in the player's Bonus Wagering Requirement calculations. See Wagering requirements for more information. |
| Include in Payment Wagering Requirement | If ticked, indicates that cash money spent on this game is included in the player's Payment Wagering Requirement calculations. See Wagering requirements for more information. |
| Bonus Wagering Requirement Divisor | Amount that the player's default Bonus Wagering Requirement Contribution is divided by for this game. For example, a value of 20 would reduce the player's contribution for this game by 95%, making it much more difficult to fulfill his/her wagering requirement. This might be applied to a game where it is otherwise possible to quickly fulfill a wagering requirement with little risk, for example a game of roulette where it is allowed to bet on red and black at the same time. |
| Allow Bonus Bets | If ticked, indicates that bonus money can be spent on this game. |
| Allow Cash Bets | If ticked, indicates that cash money can be spent on this game. |
| Loyalty Scheme Multiplier | Percentage by which loyalty points awarded by this game are adjusted, which can be used to incentivise use of the game. |
| Payout Shutdown Limit |
Rolling month payout amount that causes the game to be shut down (and the Help Desk alerted to investigate), and an 'Override' amount and 'Until' date to temporarily bump up the limit. Read the procedure about Handling Financial Defense Help Desk entries for related information. |
| Profile Limits Adjustment | Multiplier override applied to the profile limits for this game, or a divisor if the Divisor checkbox is ticked. The Maximum Bet Amount for a player (or profile) is multiplied by this value. For example, if the selected Maximum Bet Amount is set to 50 and the Profile Limits Multiplier is set to 1, then the maximum bet allowed for this game remains 50. However, if the Profile Limits Multiplier is set to 10, then the maximum bet for the game is 500. |
| Jackpot Required | If ticked, indicates that this game supports an AQP jackpot. |
| External Jackpot | If ticked, indicates that this game supports an external jackpot, and specifies the percentage requirement of the GEP and percentage contribution made by the affiliate. |
| Revenue % Overrides | Override values for the percentage revenues required by the GEP and affiliate for this game. |
| RTP / Volatility | Meta data for the 'Return To Player' percentage and volatility (for example 'High') which may be displayed. |
| Displayable Bet / Win Info | Meta data for the minimum and maximum bet amount, maximum payout (amount or multiplier) which may be displayed. |

Change the details of the game, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to abandon the update and return to the previous screen.
