Managing brands

Brands are associated with a brand name and website, and are usually promoted externally using marketing channels such as TV and radio adverts, sponsorship promotions, media and Web adverts, banners and links. Brands provide a link between marketing codes (and therefore also player accounts) and affiliates, and are often the focus for banner adverts, bonus schemes, bulk email runs and workflows. This topic is aimed at admin staff of platform owners and White Label operators who need to set up and maintain brand details.

Follow these steps to list brands:

1. Select either Marketing Menu > Branding > List Brands or Affiliate Menu > List Brands from the system options to display the List Brands screen.

Follow these steps to add a brand:

1. Select either Marketing Menu > Branding > List Brands or Affiliate Menu > List Brands from the system options to display the List Brands screen, and click the Add button above the filter options to display the Add Additional Brands pop-up screen.
2. Enter the brand name, code and description, and select the owning affiliate, then click the Add button to save them and close the pop-up.
3. Find and click the entry just created in the Name column to display the View Brand Details screen, and enter the remaining details, including, if required, the numerous branding options covered by separate screens accessed via links in the Branding Options section. Click the Update button to save the changes and return to the previous screen.

Follow these steps to view or update the details of a brand:

1. Select either Marketing Menu > Branding > List Brands or Affiliate Menu > List Brands from the system options to display the List Brands screen.
2. Find and click the required brand entry in the Name column to display the View Brand Details screen.
3. Change the details of the brand, including, if required, the numerous branding options covered by separate screens accessed via links in the Branding Options section, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.

Follow these steps to delete a brand:

1. Select either Marketing Menu > Branding > List Brands or Affiliate Menu > List Brands from the system options to display the List Brands screen.
2. Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the brand(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen.

Follow these steps to set up a country/currency override for a brand:

1. Select either Marketing Menu > Branding > List Brands or Affiliate Menu > List Brands from the system options to display the List Brands screen.
2. Click an entry in the Name column to display the View Brand Details screen for the associated brand.
3. Click the Manage Country/Currency Overrides for this Brand link in the Branding Options section to display the List Brand Country/Currency Overrides screen.
4. Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Brand Country/Currency Overrides pop-up screen.
5. Select a country and currency (to override the default currency for the country, for this brand) from the drop-down lists, then click the Add button to store them and close the pop-up.
