Managing brand bulk emails
Emails can be sent to multiple players associated with a selected Marketing Code, optionally refined using a query, and based on an email template.
This topic is aimed at admin staff of platform owners and White Label operators who maintain brand details.
Follow these steps to list brand bulk email runs:
- Select Marketing Menu > Branding > List Brands from the system options to display the List Brands screen.
- Find and click the required brand entry in the Name column to display the View Brand Details screen.
- Click the Manage Bulk Email Runs link in the Branding Options section to display the List Brand Bulk Email Runs screen.
Follow these steps to add a brand bulk email run:
- First, follow the steps described in the first procedure of this topic to display the List Brand Bulk Email Runs screen.
- Click the Add button above the column headers to display the New Brand Bulk Email Run pop-up screen.
- Select a Marketing Code, a query that further specifies what players to send the message to if required, an email template and the date and time to start sending (blank for immediate).
- Click the Go button to initiate bulk emailing and close the pop-up.
Follow these steps to view emails sent in a brand bulk email run:
- First, follow the steps described in the first procedure of this topic to display the List Brand Bulk Email Runs screen.
- Click an entry in the Run Time column to display the View Bulk Email Run Details screen for the associated run.
