Use this screen to list system loyalty schemes, which are points based and can be used to reward players with a bonus. To access the screen, select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Loyalty Schemes from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of a loyalty scheme.
You can apply actions to loyalty schemes from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add scheme | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Loyalty Schemes screen. |
| View or update scheme details | Click an entry in the Name column to display the View Loyalty Scheme Details screen for the associated scheme. |
| Delete scheme(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the scheme(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
