Use this screen to list brand workflow events, such as 'Creation Of New Account' and 'Game Downloaded', which cause the associated workflow to be called. To access the screen, click the Manage Workflow for this Brand link in the Branding Options section of the View Brand Details screen.
The name and description of workflow events are listed, and are grouped under the following categories: 'Mobile Workflow Events', 'Online Workflow Events', 'Smartphone Workflow Events','API Workflow Events', 'General Workflow Events', 'CRM Workflow Events' and 'Misc Workflow Events'. Click an entry in the Workflow Event Name column to display the View Brand Workflow screen.
Where an event is made up of one or more processes, the details of these are also sub-listed. Click an entry in the Description column of the sub-list to display the Edit Brand Workflow Process screen.
