Use this screen to view or update details of a process in a brand workflow. To access the screen, click an entry in the Description column of the View Brand Workflow screen.
The fields on this screen have the following properties:

| Offset Time | Time delay in seconds after which this process is started. This determines the order or processes within the workflow. |
| Process | Process type, selected from a list: 'Send SMS', 'Send Email', 'Send Settings SMS', 'Send PIN Code', 'Send Landing Page Link (SMS)', 'Send Landing Page Link (Wap Push)', 'Send Game Link (SMS)', 'Send Message', 'Raise Affiliate Helpdesk Entry', 'Age Verify Caller', 'Set As KYCD', 'Apply Bonus', 'Call URL', 'Track To Google Analytics', 'Set Achievement', 'Add Loyalty Scheme Credit', 'Notify Affiliate Tree'. |

Change the process details, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.
