Use this screen to list system defined achievements, which can optionally translate into rewards or prizes. To access the screen, select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Achievements from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of an achievement.
You can apply actions to achievements from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add achievement | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Achievements screen. |
| View or update achievement details | Click an entry in the Name column to display the View Achievement Details screen for the associated achievement. |
| Delete achievement(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the achievement(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
