Examining GEP revenue run payment details

You can examine the details of revenue run payments to a Game Engine Provider, broken down into revenue derived from each player for a given period, either in a common currency or for actual currencies.

This topic is aimed at platform owner admin staff who need to manage and report on Game Engine Providers on the back office system.

Follow these steps to view GEP revenue run payment details in a common currency:

1. Select Accounting > List Revenue Runs from the system options to display the List Revenue Runs screen.
2. Click the currency View link or the currency total for the required revenue run to display the View Revenue Run Details in Common Currency screen.
3. Click an entry in the Name column of the Game Engine Provider Payments section to display the View Revenue Run GEP Payment Details in Common Currency screen.
4. The Details by Account section lists the total revenue derived from each player, including any relevant Type Codes, for example GG meaning 'Game Provider Game Cost'. Hover the mouse pointer over a Type Code to show the Type name, Gross and GEP amounts as a tooltip.
5. Click anywhere in a player row to expand the row and show details of individual revenue items, including its date and time, gross amount, percentage applied and net amount. Player summary totals are also displayed.
6. All relevant Type Codes and Country Codes are also listed at the bottom of the section. Hover the mouse pointer over these to show the total of each as a tooltip for the Game Engine Provider.

Follow these steps to view GEP revenue run payment details for a specific currency:

1. Select Utility Menu > Common Parameters > List Game Engine Providers from the system options to display the List Game Engine Providers screen.
2. Find and click the required GEP entry in the Name column to display the View Game Engine Provider Details screen.
3. Click the Revenue Runs link in the grid at the top of the screen to display the List Admin GEP Revenue Runs screen.
4. Listed payments are grouped into currency amounts over monthly periods. Click the View link in the final column of the screen to display the View Revenue Run GEP Payment Details screen.
5. In the Miscellaneous Items section, each row shows the Description, Gross Amount, Percentage Applied and Net Amount of each payment, and the net amounts total.
6. In the Player Details by Game and Player sections, click an entry to expand it and show the Date/Time, Type, Description, Gross Amount, Percentage Applied and Net Amount of each payment. Totals are shown by entry and section.
