Use this screen to view or update details of a Game Engine Provider user. To access the screen, click an entry in the User Id column of the List GEP Users screen.
The grid at the top of the screen offers links to specific information about the associated Game Engine Provider. Click a link to display the information below the grid for each of the following: Details, Transactions, Statistics, Payments, Revenue Runs, RR Line Items, Emails, Revenue Snapshots, Reports, Users.
The fields on this screen are grouped into two sections, and have the following properties:
Field | Properties |
---|---|
User's Name | Full name of the user. |
Email Address | Email address of the user. |
Invalid Logon Attempts | The total number of times a user has failed to log on to the system (or, in the case of API accounts, unsuccessful and possibly erroneous calls). The user's account is disabled when the number reaches a threshold (held in property INVALID_USER_LOGON_ATTEMPTS which administrators can access from Utility Menu > Common Parameters > Server Properties and whose default value is 5). Users with sufficient authorisation can reset or lower the user's number of Invalid Login Attempts. |
Phone | Phone number of the user. |
Skype Id | Skype Id of the user. |
MSN | Microsoft Network Id of the user. |
Whitelist | List of IP addresses from which the user is allowed to access the system, delimited by commas. An asterisk '*' means unrestricted. |
Locked Out | When ticked, indicates the account is disabled from logins and API requests. For manual override only, this might typically be used when a member of staff leaves the affiliate company. |
Change the details of the user, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to abandon the update and return to the previous screen.
Field | Properties |
---|---|
Password | Password for the user, which he/she can subsequently change using Main Menu > Your User Details. |
Confirm Password | Password repeated. |
Enter a new password for the user in both fields, then click the Change button to store it.
There is also a list at the bottom of the screen that shows the Permissions assigned to the user.
Click the View Audit Trail link at the top of the screen to display the Audit Trail screen for the selected user. Click the View Scheduled Reports link to display the List Scheduled Reports screen for the selected user.
