Use this screen to reassign open Help Desk entries from one user to another, which you might want to do, for instance, if the original recipient is unavailable to handle Help Desk issues. To access the screen, select Help Desk Menu > Reassign Help Desk Entries from the system options.
Select user names in the From User and To User drop-down lists, then click the Reassign button to transfer ownership of the relevant Help Desk entries.
