Managing game groups

Game groups link external systems, provided by Game Engine Providers, to the games they support.

This topic is aimed at admin staff of platform owners and White Label operators who need to maintain games on the platform.

Follow these steps to list game groups:

  1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Game Groups from the system options to display the List Game Groups screen.

Follow these steps to add a game group:

  1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Game Groups from the system options to display the List Game Groups screen, and click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Additional Game Group pop-up screen.
  2. Enter the game group name and description, and select its type and game engine, the click the Add button to save them and close the pop-up.

Follow these steps to view or update the details of a game group:

  1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Game Groups from the system options to display the List Game Groups screen.
  2. Find and click the required game group entry in the Name column to display the View Game Group Details screen.
  3. Change the details of the game group, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.

Follow these steps to delete a game group:

  1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Game Groups from the system options to display the List Game Groups screen.
  2. Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the game group(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen.

Follow these steps to maintain game group entries:

  1. Select Game Menu > Game Management > List Game Groups from the system options to display the List Game Groups screen.
  2. Click the List link in the No of Entries / External System column of an 'Internal Games' type group to open the List Games Group Entries screen.
  3. Each row shows summary values of an internal game and has a checkbox in the Selected column, which if ticked, indicates that the game belongs to the selected game group. Tick or untick relevant checkboxes, then click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to store your changes.
