Use this screen to list system rewards, which are given for example, when a player accrues a defined level of loyalty points. To access the screen, select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Rewards from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of a reward definition.
You can apply actions to rewards from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add reward | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Rewards screen. |
| View or update reward details | Click an entry in the Name column to display the View Reward Details screen for the associated reward. |
| Delete reward(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the reward(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
