Use this screen to list predefined system messages to display on the web site and send to players. To access the screen, select Marketing Menu > Customer Loyalty > List Messages from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of a message, and sample messages are shown at the bottom of the screen.
You can apply actions to system messages from this screen, as follows:

|---|---|
| Add message | Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen to display the View Message Details screen for a new message. |
| View or update message details | Click an entry in the Created column to display the View Message Details screen for the associated message. |
| Delete message(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the message(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
