Use this screen to list all email addresses blocked by the Help Desk using the screen itself or the BLOCK buttons on the Update Help Desk Entry screen. To access the screen, select Help Desk Menu > Help Desk Blocked Email Addresses from the system options.
Each row shows the value of a blocked email address. Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Help Desk Blocked Email Address pop-up screen. Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the email(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion.
