Use this screen to list the currencies available on the platform. To access the screen, select Utility Menu > Common Parameters > List Currencies from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of a currency.
You can apply actions to currencies from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add currency | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Currencies pop-up screen. |
| View or update currency details | Click an entry in the Code column to display the View Currency Details screen for the associated currency. |
| View and adjust conversion rates for a currency | Click a View Rates link in the Conversion Rates column to display the View Currency Conversion Rates screen for the associated currency. |
| Update all currency rates | Click the Update Rates button above the column headers to apply any rates you adjusted (using the option described above). |
| Delete currency(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the currency(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
