Use this screen to list the history of all closed Help Desk entries, or threads. To access the screen, select Help Desk Menu > List Closed Threads from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of a closed Help Desk entry including who it is assigned to. If required, limit the number of rows displayed by setting filter options above the column headers.
Click an entry in the Title column to display the Update Help Desk Entry screen.
