Use this screen to list all charts, which are primarily defined by the type of chart and the data source, and run them. To access the screen, select Reporting > List Charts from the system options.
Each row shows the name and description of a chart.
You can apply actions to charts from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add chart | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Chart pop-up screen. |
| View or update details of a chart | Click a chart name entry in the Name column to display the View Chart Details screen for the associated chart. |
| Run a chart | Click a Run link entry in the Name column to display the Run Chart screen. |
| Delete chart(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the chart(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
