Use this screen to view or update the details of a jackpot. To access the screen, click an entry in the Key column of the List Jackpots screen.
The fields on this screen are grouped into a number of sections, and have the following properties:
| Field | Properties |

| Key | Short identifier for the jackpot. |
| Name | Meaningful name for the jackpot. This can be typed in or a suitable internationalised string code selected by clicking the ellipsis button to the right. See Internationalised strings for more information. |
| Description | Description of the jackpot. This can be typed in or a suitable internationalised string code selected by clicking the ellipsis button to the right. See Internationalised strings for more information. |
| Icon Image | Displays the jackpot's icon image stored at the specified path. |
| Picture Image | Displays the jackpot's picture image stored at the specified path. |
| Video Path | Specifies the path to the jackpot's video, if it has one. The jackpot video is normally displayed on the top screen of a multi-screen kiosk when the jackpot is won. The field is a URL to a website or video file. |
| External Jackpot System | If the jackpot is operated by an external system, it is selected from a list. |
| Win Text | Text to display when a player wins this jackpot. This can be typed in or a suitable internationalised string code selected by clicking the ellipsis button to the right. See Internationalised strings for more information. |
| Notification | Indicates the methods to confirm to the player that he/she has won this jackpot, and the email template if appropriate. Notification is especially necessary in cases where the jackpot is operated by an external system. |
| Currency | Currency of the jackpot. If the Cross Currency checkbox is ticked, indicates that contributions to the jackpot and payments from it can be converted from/to the player's currency, if different. |
| Total Paid Out by this Jackpot | Cumulative total paid out. Click the List Ledger Entries link to display the List Ledger Entries screen listing pay outs for the jackpot. |
| Current Value of Pot | Current value. Click the List Ledger Entries link to display the List Ledger Entries screen listing payments in for the jackpot. To transfer money from the jackpot's 'slush' account into the jackpot, enter the amount and click the Add button. Note that all such transactions are recorded in appropriate ledgers. |
| Live Flag | If ticked, indicates that the jackpot can be contributed to and can pay out. |
| Start Date/Time | Date and time of the start of the jackpot. |
| End Date/Time | Date and time of the end of the jackpot. |
| Percentage of Stake added to Pot | Percentage value of cash stakes to add, and a checkbox to indicate whether bonus bets also contribute. |
| Maximum Pot Amount | Maximum value. |
| Restart Pot Amount | Restart value, transferred from the jackpot's 'slush' account. Note that all such transactions are recorded in appropriate ledgers. |
| Disable Pot When Amount Paid Out | Cumulative total value that triggers the pot to be disabled. |
| Item | Properties |

| Minimum Payout Amount | Minimum payout value, to ensure that the jackpot is not so small that the player that wins it is disappointed. If money is required to make up the minimum amount, it is transferred from the jackpot's 'slush' account. Note that all such transactions are recorded in appropriate ledgers. |
| Payout on randomness | If this radio button is selected, a number for the odds (one in x) should also be entered. |
| Payout determined by Game | If this radio button is selected, the jackpot is paid when the game creates a 'jackpot payment' game action record. |
| Payout when maximum value reached | If this radio button is selected, the jackpot is paid when the Maximum Pot Amount is breached. |
| Payout specified by Tournament | If this radio button is selected, payment is specified by the associated tournament. |
| Payout specified by External Jackpot Server | If this radio button is selected, payment is specified by the associated external jackpot system. |

| Increment Pot | Specifies how and when the value of the jackpot is increased if there is no player activity. Money is transferred from the jackpot's 'slush' account. Note that all such transactions are recorded in appropriate ledgers. |

| Allowable Games | Selectable list of games that are linked to the jackpot (not just allowed, as its name suggests). |
| Allowable Countries | Selectable list of countries that the jackpot can be contributed/won from. |
| Excluded Brands | Selectable list of brands that are excluded from the jackpot (reversed if the Included checkbox is ticked). |
| Excluded Marketing Codes | Selectable list of marketing codes that are excluded from the jackpot (reversed if the Included checkbox is ticked). |
Make multiple selections by clicking with the Ctrl key pressed.

Change the details of the jackpot, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to abandon the update and return to the previous screen.
