Player accounts overview

In the AliQuantum Platform, a 'player' refers to a person who plays the games supported by the platform and is referenced by an Account ID, as opposed to a 'user' who logs in to the backend admin system to view or manage system details.

When a player registers or is set up, a marketing code, which is determined by the mechanism that first directed the player to the gaming website and is stored in a cookie, is allocated to the account. The marketing code in turn defines the affiliate and brand the player belongs to, and these are usually reflected in the marketing code value.

Once up and running, operators of the platform can see at a glance the performance of each player in terms of his/her Net Gaming Revenue, and have control over all the account's characteristics, as follows:

In addition, a grid at the top of each player screen offers numerous links to further specific information about the player, including for example: details about games played, unprocessed and processed revenue run items, credit and debit transactions on the account, unfulfilled wagering requirements for bonuses and payments, bonus and award details, and so on.
