Managing revenue schemes
Revenue Schemes define the calculation rules used by Revenue Runs, which allocate NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) for a period, usually a month, between the platform owner and its hierarchy of affiliates. Read the Accounting overview for more information.
This topic is aimed at platform owner admin staff who manage accounting functions, including the setting up and application of revenue schemes.
Before starting these procedures, you may need to determine the following details:
- The revenue scheme type, which will also affect the configuration options available - see Revenue scheme types and parameters for more information.
- Operational information relevant to the chosen revenue scheme type, for example revenue share criteria, payout limits and calculation parameters.
- Any fixed charges, which are applied periodically to an invoice, for example every quarter.
Follow these steps to list revenue schemes:
- Select Accounting > List Revenue Schemes from the system options to display the List Revenue Schemes screen.
Follow these steps to add a revenue scheme:
- Select Accounting > List Revenue Schemes from the system options to display the List Revenue Schemes screen, and click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Revenue Schemes pop-up screen.
- Enter a name for the new revenue scheme, and click the Add button to save it and close the pop-up.
- Find and click the entry just created in the Name column to display the View Revenue Scheme Details screen, and enter the remaining details. Click the Update button to save the changes and return to the previous screen.
Follow these steps to view or update the details of a revenue scheme:
- Select Accounting > List Revenue Schemes from the system options to display the List Revenue Schemes screen.
- Find and click the entry just created in the Name column to display the View Revenue Scheme Details screen.
- Change the details of the revenue scheme, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.
Follow these steps to delete a revenue scheme:
- Select Accounting > List Revenue Schemes from the system options to display the List Revenue Schemes screen.
- Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the scheme(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen.
