Use this screen to list system email templates, used for a number of purposes such as invoice reminders. To access the screen, select Utility Menu > Common Parameters > Manage System Email Templates from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of an email template.
You can apply actions to email templates from this screen, as follows:

|---|---|
| Add email template | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add System Email Template pop-up screen. |
| View or update email template details | Click an entry in the Name column to display the View System Email Template Details screen for the associated template. |
| Delete email template(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the template(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
