Use this screen to list all queries, which are used for reporting and as the source data for various functions (such as bulk emailing and bonus eligibility), and are defined by specifying a series of query parameters to create a SQL statement. To access the screen, select Reporting > List Queries from the system options.
Each row shows summary values of a query, including its name, description, and 'object' or database table which is its primary focus.
You can apply actions to queries from this screen, as follows:

| Add query | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Queries pop-up screen. |
| View or update details and run query | Click an entry in the Name column to display the View Query Builder Details screen for the associated query. |
| Delete query(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the query(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
