Use this screen to list all hard reports, which are 'hard coded' in the system programs, and run them. To access the screen, select Reporting > List Hard Reports from the system options.
Each row shows the name and description of a hard report.
You can apply actions to hard reports from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add hard report | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Hard Report pop-up screen. |
| View or update details of a hard report | Click a report name entry in the Name column to display the View Hard Report Details screen for the associated hard report. |
| Run a hard report | Click a Run link entry in the Name column to display the Run Hard Report screen. |
| Delete hard report(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the hard report(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
