Use this screen to maintain details of user groups. To access the screen, select Access Control > User Management > Manage Groups & Permissions from the system options.
Each row shows the name and description of a user group, and a list of all the permission codes assigned to the group.
You can apply actions to user groups from this screen, as follows:

| Add new group | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add Additional Groups pop-up screen. |
| View or update group details | Click an entry in the Name column to display the View Group Details screen for the associated group. |
| View or update group permissions |
Click the Manage link in the Permissions column to display the List Permissions screen for the associated group. |
| Delete group(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the group(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
