Use this screen to list alternate database keys, which provide a mapping to data not otherwise stored in the database, for example a key to a specify the skin on a customer website. To access the screen, select Utility Menu > Tools Menu > List Alternate Keys from the system options.
Each row shows the values of an alternate key.
You can apply actions to alternate keys from this screen, as follows:
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add alternate key | Click the Add button above the column headers to display the Add New Alternate Key pop-up screen. |
| View or update alternate key details | Click an entry in the Identity column to display the View Alternate Key Details screen for the associated alternate key. |
| Delete alternate key(s) | Tick the checkbox in the Selected column for the alternate key(s) to delete, then click the Delete Checked button at the bottom of the screen. Click OK on the confirmation dialog to complete the deletion. |
