Use this screen to list system alerts, which specify events that cause the Help Desk system to alert Help Desk managers and operators. To access the screen, select Utility Menu > Common Parameters > Manage Alerts from the system options.
Each row shows the name, value, cache time and description of an alert. If required, change the value (to true or false) and cache time, then click the Update button to save them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.
