Use this screen to view or update the details of a customer attribute. To access the screen, click an entry in the Name column of the List Attributes screen.
The fields on this screen have the following properties:
| Field | Properties |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the playing attribute. |
| Description | Meaningful description of the attribute. |
| Icon Image | Shows the icon image to represent the attribute, plus file path and name. The image could be shown on a screen or report to highlight customer in some way, for example a red cross to indicate a 'problem ' customer, or a gold dollar sign to indicate a valued customer. |
Change the details of the attribute, then click the Update button to store them, or click the browser Back button to return to the previous screen.
