Kiosks

Kiosks are physical terminals that resemble coin operated 'slot' or 'fruit' machines, which incorporate flat screen monitors that present eGaming slot games to the user. Funding and payouts are handled either by access card or a locally situated terminal manned by a cashier. Kiosks may typically be located in casinos, bars or any controlled waiting area, just like their stand-alone counterparts.

Kiosks and their usage are controlled and monitored by the platform in much the same way as players. In fact, many of the screens designed to display player details are shared for kiosks. For example, the 'View Account Games' screen is used both to list games played by a player and games played on a kiosk, depending on the menu option that was chosen to display it.

Operators of the platform can look up transactions on a kiosk and its balance, and have control over all the kiosk's characteristics, as follows:

• Basic information
  Member of... affiliate, brand, marketing code, revenue scheme, status.
• Sign-on details
  User name, password and invalid logon attempts.
• Kiosk details
  Such as name and address location.
• Balance details
  Current balance and link to transaction details.
• Playing limits
  Various settable limits in compliance with the Gambling Commission's Responsible Gambling strategy, for example Default Bet Amount, Daily Bet Limit, and so on.
• Barring details
  Admin assigned bar.
• Login requirements
  Specifies whether login is required.

In addition, a grid at the top of each kiosk screen offers a number of links to further specific information about the kiosk, including for example: details about games played, achievements, purchases, rewards, statistic, and so on.
